These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of SuperHuman Sportz ("SuperHuman Sportz", "we", "us" or "our"), a combat sports event management company. By accessing this website, registering for an event, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Us

SuperHuman Sportz plans, regulates, produces, promotes and broadcasts combat sports events in India, headlined by the SuperHuman Battleground series, and provides related services including fighter registration, talent management, sponsorship and venue partnerships. We are an event organiser and production company; we do not operate as a training facility or membership gym.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own behalf. Participation by minors in any event is permitted only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with the rules of the applicable sanctioning body.

3. Event Registration and Participation

• Submitting a fighter registration is an application only and does not guarantee selection. We select participants based on eligibility, medical clearance, competitive balance and the rules of the sanctioning body.
• All participants must sign the applicable participant agreement, medical declaration and assumption of risk waiver before competing. Those documents govern participation and prevail over these Terms in the event of conflict on participation matters.
• Combat sports involve inherent and significant risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge those risks and agree to comply with all safety, weight, equipment, anti doping and conduct requirements we and the sanctioning body impose.
• We may refuse, suspend, disqualify or remove any participant to protect the safety, integrity or lawful operation of an event.

4. Tickets, Events and Changes

Event dates, cards, venues, participants and formats are subject to change or cancellation. Where events are staged, admission is subject to the venue's rules and the conditions printed on any ticket. We are not liable for personal arrangements (such as travel or accommodation) made in anticipation of an event that is subsequently rescheduled or cancelled.

5. Media, Image and Broadcast Rights

All footage, photography, audio, broadcasts, results data and other media produced at or in connection with our events are owned by or licensed to SuperHuman Sportz. Participants, staff and attendees grant us the right to capture and use their image, likeness, voice and performance in connection with the promotion, broadcast, archiving and commercial exploitation of our events, as further described in our Privacy Policy and the participant agreement.

6. Sponsorship and Partnerships

Any sponsorship, venue, franchise or partnership arrangement is subject to a separate written agreement. Information on this website about such opportunities is an invitation to discuss and does not constitute a binding offer.

7. Intellectual Property

The SuperHuman Sportz and SuperHuman Battleground names, logos, brand marks, website content, designs and event formats are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: submit false or misleading information; infringe the rights of others; interfere with the security or operation of the website; or engage in any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent conduct. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Third Party Content

The website may include third party links and embedded content (including social media feeds, video and maps). We do not control and are not responsible for such third party content or services.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any information is complete or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperHuman Sportz and its directors, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability of participants and attendees at events is additionally governed by the signed participant agreement and venue conditions.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperHuman Sportz harmless against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your conduct at an event.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction at our principal place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory regulatory or sanctioning body process applicable to event participation.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
