• Partner, sponsor and vendor details, company name, role, and commercial information you share when exploring an event, sponsorship or venue partnership.

• Usage and device data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the website.
• Event media, where you attend or compete in a SuperHuman event, your image, likeness and voice may be captured in photography, film and broadcast footage produced at the event.

• assess fighter registrations, arrange matchmaking, verify eligibility and communicate about events;

Combat sports events are, by their nature, public and recorded. If you compete in, work at, or attend a SuperHuman event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, voice and performance may be photographed, filmed, streamed and broadcast, and that such media may be used by us and our partners for reporting, promotional, archival and commercial purposes across any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Specific participation and media consent terms are set out in the registration and participant waiver you sign before competing.

• Sanctioning and regulatory bodies and record keeping services, where required for eligibility, officiating and results recording;

Event media forming part of the historical record of a bout may be retained indefinitely.
